We just made a video breaking down another Inferno Wizard build. The kiting Arcane Orb build, despite using many of the same active skills as the Blizzard/Hydra build plays out much differently. It is more about mobility and gameplay, and takes full advantage of many of the utility skills that the Wizard has.
