Leave the Khasim Outpost and head out into the second half of the Stinging Winds, following the Iron Wolf mercenary. To the South lies the Road to Alcarnus and a fight with Shatterbane, a large Legendary monster with a big hammer who is blocking the bridge. Thankfully, the hammer gets stuck in the ground after each swing and a miss in the same manner as the Butcher’s axe.
Once you reach the town of Alcarnus, you will need to find the Lair of the Witch, which lies at the end of the path. Along the way, there are prisoners that can be freed from their sparkly cages for bonus xp (8 for the bonus, 10 total). You may find a couple more caged prisoners in the Alcarnus Cellar, another cellar contains more cultists. The cultists in town will try to turn into Thralls to stop you, kill them before they can transform. Move through town to the Lair of the Witch, where Maghda is waiting for you. Take out the evil witch and her dark coven to end her diabolical games once and for all.
